AGREEMENT
By accessing or purchasing from mirosfragrance.com, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully before using our website. "We", "us", and "Miros" refer to Miros Fragrance and its operators.
1. ABOUT US
Miros Fragrance is an India-based luxury perfume brand operating on the Shopify platform. All transactions are governed by Indian law.
2. USE OF WEBSITE
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
• Use the site for any fraudulent or illegal activity
• Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Scrape or reproduce content without written permission
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the site
3. PRODUCTS & PRICING
All descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before processing your order. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Product images are illustrative — minor colour or packaging variation may occur.
4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
A binding contract forms when we confirm your order by email and payment is successfully processed. We may cancel orders due to stock errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or delivery limitations.
We accept cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. All transactions are encrypted. We do not store card information.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship across India. Orders are delivered via India Post (Indian Postal Service) directly to your doorstep, or via DTDC depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard (India Post): 5–10 business days depending on location
• DTDC: 3–6 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to postal or courier issues, weather, remote locations, or public holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Miros Fragrance is not responsible for delays after handover to the courier.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer returns and full refunds within 3 days of delivery if:
• The fragrance scent was not what you expected
• The longevity or performance did not meet your expectations
• The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content — the Miros name and logo, product names, photography, design, and copy — is the exclusive intellectual property of Miros Fragrance, protected under Indian and international IP laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Miros Fragrance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
9. FRAGRANCE & ALLERGEN NOTICE
Our fragrances contain natural and synthetic aromatic compounds. If you have known fragrance sensitivities or skin allergies, please review ingredient lists or contact us before purchase. Miros Fragrance is not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance.
