Miros Fragrance is an India-based luxury perfume brand operating on the Shopify platform. All transactions are governed by Indian law. "We", "us", and "Miros" refer to Miros Fragrance and its operators.

- Do not transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
- Do not scrape or reproduce content without written permission
- Do not use automated tools to access or interact with the site
All descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before processing your order. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Product images are illustrative — minor colour or packaging variation may occur.
A binding contract forms when we confirm your order by email and payment is successfully processed. We may cancel orders due to stock errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or delivery limitations. We accept cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. All transactions are encrypted. We do not store card information.
We ship across India. Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days (standard) or 2–3 business days (express). These are estimates and not guarantees. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Miros Fragrance is not responsible for courier delays after handover.
All content — the Miros name and logo, product names, photography, design, and copy — is the exclusive intellectual property of Miros Fragrance, protected under Indian and international IP laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.
Miros Fragrance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
Our fragrances contain natural and synthetic aromatic compounds. If you have known fragrance sensitivities, please review ingredient lists or contact us before purchase. Miros Fragrance is not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance.
